This was an email newsletter sent to the nonprofit, EcoRing's, Member audience. This audience is most interested in updates on EcoRing initiatives like the Sonoma-Marin-Adventure Trail as well as other green initiatives and news that might be relevant in the North Bay counties.

Startup Dot & Bo Editorial Email
This was an email to Dot&Bo customers, enticing them to shop our latest collection of modern home furniture & decor. This email consisted of editorialized copy to describe the aesthetic of the collection and an image of the items.

Beautiful by Drew Email & Push Strategy
CRM (Email & Push notifications) plays an integral role in my overarching marketing strategy for Beautiful by Drew. The following slides functioned in my marketing deck to align with my CRM Ops partners on our strategy for the year.
On slide 1: I've showcased how I envision "batch" and "trigger" sends working together to create a flywheel of success for the brand. Both will help us achieve the key goals of raising awareness and building brand loyalty.

On slide 2: I've showcased how I want to approach our "brand deepening" email to better serve the customer based on recent shopping behavioral insights we'd gathered. This slide also includes a Phase II approach focusing on segmenting the audience further into Kitchen & Furniture separately.


Candle "Drip" Email Series
Our CRM Trigger team has seen a lot of success with replenishment triggers for our consumables business (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Home, for the most part, does not play into this type of product because items are large and long-lasting. However, candles is uniquely positioned to require replenishment. I pulled product and customer insights to create a proposal for my CRM team to create a drip series, prompting customers to replenish their candles either with the item they previously purchased OR with a seasonally relevant item.
